While breast, genital, and buttock areas are not routinely examined, skin cancers can develop in these regions. If you have concerns in these areas, please discuss them with your doctor.
For optimal examination, we recommend avoiding makeup (especially foundation) and nail polish on the day of your consultation.
What to expect during your skin check
